[Ioio] Darkmists - Tea quest

On a ledge
  You stand on a rocky ledge. Looking down, you see a lower ledge,
below which is a steep hilly woodland whose pathway meanders east
and west, but mostly downward. This ledge continues to the north
and south on fairly even, if narrow, ground. You can descend to
the lower ledge from here. The rock face to the north is steep and
slick, showing a few minor nicks where previous adventurers made
feeble attempts at forcing a spike into the rock to allow a foot-
hold. The rock face here to the west has some curious markings on
it.
